Fiber Size “Fitting”
Optimum performance of fiber-reinforced composites requires a tailored approach to fit the right size for the fiber-matrix system.
Custom designed for chopped Carbon, Glass, Basalt, Aramid or other engineered fibers and combinations thereof, providing superior bond strength between matrix resin and the reinforcing fiber in Thermoset and Thermoplastic composite systems.
Custom Pelletizing
Nitrylite Fibers custom pelletizes chopped or milled fibers for small batch sizes of 100 lbs to 10,000 lbs using the size of choice by our customers. Elimination of dust through the use of our granulated milled carbon fiber provides for a safer and cleaner production environment.

Chopped-Pelletized Carbon-Glass Hybrid
Nitrylite Fibers offers a unique hybridized blend of chopped carbon and glass fiber in pelletized form for easy addition and processing in plastic compounding. This hybrid fiber offers higher performance properties and lighter weights when compared to straight glass-filled composites, and lower cost versus all carbon based composites, also reducing additive steps during compounding.
Mixed ratios of chopped carbon and glass, or basalt, are available in co-pelletized forms.
